Psalms 150- Praise God With All You’ve Got

Over the years

I have been more convicted

To read God’s Word

My heart has been afflicted

These words are more than a story

Or something to write about

They are God breathed and helpful for life

In Christ I have no doubts

So in everything 

Praise God with all you’ve got!

Give him your heart and soul

For from the cross our sin was bought 

The Psalms point to something greater

Jesus Christ, our Savior and King

Merciful Father would we run after You

And hold fast to You while these Psalms we sing!

Psalms For Psalms- Day 149

Psalms 149- A New Song Shall Be Sung

A new song shall be sung 

One that extends to the heights

That seeps into the great depths

Praise the Lord in all His Might!

Praise Him today 

Praise Him tomorrow

Praise Him with Joy

Praise Him in sorrow 

God takes please in His children

Those who fear His name

Take heart all who come to the Father

For we can approach Him without shame

His Kingdom is made of the humble

For salvation adorns their hearts 

Exalt God in all things!

Praising Him is an honor to take part

Psalms For Psalms- Day 148

Psalms 148- Whether You Are 

Whether you are down low

Or standing on high

God is always to be praised 

He watches us with a careful eye

Whether you are a King or a pauper 

Man or maiden 

Praise the name of the Lord!

Who emptied the tomb He was laid in

Whether You are a saint or sinner

Troubled or overcome with delight 

God is the horn of our salvation 

He is our strength and might

 Psalms 147- Raise Your Voice In Song 

Dear Christian,

It is good to raise your voice in song

Bringing praises to the everlasting King

As often as the day is long 

Like a house being built

Christ raises us up

Sets us on an immovable foundation 

Steadfast love and grace overflows our cup 

His Word runs swiftly

His love never runs out

His blessing is unending 

His care never raises a doubt

Praise the Father

The Lord, the maker of all things 

Christ strengthen our heart!

Daily help us sing

Psalms 146- Christ Sets The Prisoner Free

As we run the race of life

May we praise You with every step

With every breath in our lungs

In the inner being of our depths

Put not your hope in earthly princes

For man cannot stand the test

Only God’s fortress will last

For He is surely blessed

Christ sets the prisoner free

And gives hope to all the lost

He has given His life as a ransom 

Jesus death has paid the cost

For I was that man

Bound, shackled by sin

Until Christ took hold of my life

And changed all that was within

May our mouths cry

Words of holy praise

And fix our eyes on Jesus

The author who has my gaze

Psalms 145- Precious Is The Lamb

Bless the Lord in all seasons

Spring, summer, winter, and fall

May He be like honey on your lips 

For Christ is the sweetest of all

God’s greatness is unsearchable

For I can search high and low

Yet nothing will compare to the Lord

This we surely know 

Generations will speak Your name

Yahweh the Great I Am 

You are the abundant King

Precious is the Lamb!

Psalms 144- I Take Refuge In Christ My King

I give thanks to You Lord

Who raises my hands for war

Sets my feet in motion

With You we are like eagles who soar

For You are the stronghold 

An impenetrable defense

You took chaos and clamor 

And made it make sense 

I take refuge 

In christ my King

Wonder of all wonders

You are my one thing 

Show your power Lord

Shower the world with your might 

Reign upon the earth God

Make all things true and right
