Proverbs 6- Be Prudent With Your Promises
Be prudent with your promises
Be careful what hands your shake
Don’t be ensnared by the words of your mouth
For promises are hard to break
Consider diligent animals
Who work with little rest
Arise all you sluggers
For laziness will make you stressed
God despises several things:
Haughty eyes, lying lips
Hands that hurt
Heard that sink ships
Keep your parents teaching
Hold them close to your chest
When you sleep they’ll watch over you
When you wake, you will be blessed
Their words will bind you tightly
And keep you away from lust
Do not treasure the forbidden woman
Or forsake your wife’s trust
Playing with fire is deadly
It burns to the touch
Enter a foreign woman
And you’ll pay the price as such
Heed these words
Or you’ll destroy your life
You will get dishonor and disgrace
If you don’t love your wife
